We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA / Office Manager to support a leadership team and ensure the smooth running of a family run business. This dual role requires a confident individual who can provide PA support while overseeing day-to-day office management responsibilities.
Personal Assistant Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and senior team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Office Management Duties
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage health & safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate IT and maintenance support with external providers.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, absence tracking, and training coordination.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Proven experience as a PA, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience in an engineering or technical environment is desirable.
This is a full-time permanent role however may be flexible depending on the candidate offering an attractive salary with company benefits.
