Job Opportunity: Forklift & Bagging Operative
Location: Cantley, Norwich
Salary: 15.42 per hour (Overtime rate: 30.00 per hour)
Shift: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Weekly rotating shifts - Days, Afternoons, and Nights
Major Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and motivated Forklift & Bagging Operative to join our client's team in Cantley, Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and supportive working environment.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting the operation of bagging production lines
- Moving goods safely with a Counterbalance Forklift
- Conducting quality checks on packed products
- Using electronic systems for stock control
- Assisting with general factory and warehouse duties
- Engaging in manual handling tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence - essential
- Flexibility to work across all three shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights)
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment - desirable
- A good level of physical fitness and willingness to do manual work
- Own transport and driving licence preferred due to site location
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic level of English
- Right to work in the UK
