We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Coordinator to support our Procurement Manager in sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships for our solar PV and battery installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in purchasing solar PV components, batteries, and related materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

  • Support supplier negotiations, contract management, and price benchmarking.
  • Monitor inventory levels and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries for projects.
  • Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure material availability and supply chain efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, supply chain risks, and sustainability initiatives.

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software (or willingness to learn).
