Job Title: Product Manager
Industry: Utilities
Working Set-Up: Hybrid working (ideally 3 days p/w in office) - Norwich or Oldham
Salary - £70,000 - £100,000 dependent on experience
Interview process: 2-3 stages
The Role:
Leo Technology have partnered with a leading global technology company, whose mission is to protect and preserve the worlds most precious resource - Water.
Founded over 100 years ago, this businesses has solidified themselves as the top water metering company in the US. Now, due to ongoing growth, they're looking to further expand their UK team with the addition of a Software Product Manager.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing 2 SaaS products - 1 existing one, and the other which will have it's first release at the end of 2025. While there won't be any immediate line management responsibilities, this role comes with a unique opportunity to really drive the ongoing product development across both new and existing territories.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone with a background in water solutions to join a global leader!
The Person:
- 4+ years experience working as a Product Manager or Consultant within the water / utilities space
- Experience delivering SaaS solutions
- Data-centric background
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- The ability and availability to work flexibly with off-shore development teams (US-based)

- Video call with Director of Software Product
- Video call with leadership panel
