Project Manager - We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large civils project. The client operates as a national principal contractor and has completed numerous commercial projects.
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the project life cycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Your role:
路Lead and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and client liaison.
路Manage site teams and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
路Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting to senior leadership.
路Drive quality assurance and risk management processes.
路Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture on site.

Requirements:
聽
路Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
路Proven experience manging large scale civils or infrastructure projects.
路In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT), and project controls.
路Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered status with ICE or CIOB) are highly desirable.
路SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified.

路7am - 5pm (x2 30min breaks)
