- Lead project teams or line manage project management staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Plan, manage, and implement corporate projects, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Act as the primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders for project-related matters.
- Optimise project management processes and track performance using digital tools.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project risks, providing regular reports to senior stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end project delivery.
- Prince2 Practitioner
- ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Line management experience
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Flexible working may be required, including occasional evenings or weekends.
