Parts Supervisor / Manager

Role: Car Parts Supervisor / Parts Manager
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm with alternate Saturday mornings 8am-1pm

We're looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor / Manager to join our Client's busy main car dealership in Norwich.

The Role:

Sourcing parts and issuing to the vehicle technicians;
Serving customers coming into the dealership for parts;
Overseeing the Parts Advisor.

The Requirements:

Experience in a customer-focused role;
Car Parts experience - Main Dealer or Parts Motor Factor - either a Parts Manager or Supervisor, or a very experienced Parts Advisor ready to step up;
Excellent communication skills - in person, via telephone & e-mail;
Experience working in a target-driven environment.
