We are seeking a motivated Supervisor / Service Manager to join our dynamic team at, a reputable vehicle dealership renowned for its commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maximize performance and productivity.
Monitor service bookings and workflow to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance and profitability.
Implement and uphold health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers.
Drive sales initiatives and promote service packages and additional offerings to customers.
Prepare and analyse reports to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
