Monitor service bookings and workflow to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance and profitability.
Implement and uphold health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers.
Drive sales initiatives and promote service packages and additional offerings to customers.
