We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected construction company, located in the heart of Norfolk. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality projects and is looking for an enthusiastic individual, whether newly qualified or with previous experience, to enhance their team.

To be considered for the Quantity Surveyor role, you must have:

  • Possess relevant qualifications
  • Access to own car 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering quality work
  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferred, but newly qualified individuals are also encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with construction software, particularly PriceAJob, will be advantageous to effectively measure and track project progress.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal 

As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets and costs
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality assurance
  • Measure and value the work completed
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents
  • Engage in meetings to discuss project progress and budget adherence
  • Work closely with the project team, including senior team members 
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site
