Our clients, a market-leading independent estate agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Norwich team.
This role would suit a sales-focused individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in the property industry.
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
Our client is offering the successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
- Up to £22,000 basic salary
- £25,000-£26,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Ongoing training & support

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Matching ideal tenants to each property
- Conducting viewings.
- Managing a busy diary.
- Completing registration and reference paperwork.
- Negotiating and completing lets.
To be considered for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator role, you must have:
- Lettings experience ideal however not essential
- Customer service experience
- Career-minded approach
- Full UK Driver’s License and access to own car
- Customer-focused
