Join our team as a Property Management Manager in Norwich! We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in residential property management. Your expertise in property management legislation and commitment to delivering exceptional service will be key in guiding and developing our dedicated team. Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a team of property managers, monitoring and assessing individual performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
- Ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards and remains risk-averse.
- Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions or renewals.
- Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
- Handle deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
- Proven ability to create and encourage a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
- Strong capability to develop team members and advance their careers.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with all clients.
- In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
- Basic salary between £28,500 to £39,000, with up to £7,200 in capped commission and a further £3,725 uncapped commission target.
