Join our team as a Property Management Manager in Norwich! We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in residential property management. Your expertise in property management legislation and commitment to delivering exceptional service will be key in guiding and developing our dedicated team. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving industry.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a team of property managers, monitoring and assessing individual performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards and remains risk-averse.
  • Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions or renewals.
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
  • Handle deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
  • Proven ability to create and encourage a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
  • Strong capability to develop team members and advance their careers.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with all clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
