Due to ongoing success and expansion, they’re now looking to welcome two motivated Sales or Senior Negotiators into their supportive, close-knit team in the Norwich area.

As a Senior/Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 basic salary
- First year earnings of £30,000
- Pooled commission (Must be a team player)

As a Senior/Sales Negotiator, you must have:
- At least 6 months of experience within Estate Agency (Must be recent)
- Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Good communication skills; both written and verbalÂ
- A team player
- Knowledge of the Norwich market ideally
As a Senior/Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
