Job Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week, potential shift work between 8 AM – 6 PM)

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist/Archive Assistant to join a law firm in Norwich city centre. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of their office, providing excellent front-desk service, and maintaining their archive system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence
  • Maintain and organise the archive system
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Requirements:
