As a Recruitment Consultant working for Paragon Resource Solutions specialising in the Construction and Property Services sector you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within our organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Salary starting at 27,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Your main duties will include:

- Visiting clients to build rapport with clients in order to develop and follow up business leads.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, providing them with information about job opportunities on a
busy temp desk.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications and matching suitable
applicants to the roles.
- Managing the "360" end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process from initial client call, candidate sourcing to
offer negotiation including administration and using our CRM system.
-Writing job adverts and headhunting candidates.

Previous experience in Recruitment is not essential. What we are looking for is a positive, hard-working and confident team player with resilience and the ability to work hard to provide the best service to our clients.

A background in Recruitment or a sales role such as estate agency, lettings or trade sales would be favourable.

Proven experience in relationship management and building strong professional networks.
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.

Driving license essential.
