We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team of a professionally run hotel, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for the management and delivery of all food and beverage operations across the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, and event catering. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hotel F&B services and a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service in line with hotel standards
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relations
- Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to optimise service delivery
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning initiatives
- Essential: Previous management experience in a hotel food and beverage environment
- Essential: Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar service
- Outstanding leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Guest-focused with a keen attention to detail and service excellence
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and across a 7-day operational rota
