We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team of a professionally run hotel, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for the management and delivery of all food and beverage operations across the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, and event catering. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hotel F&B services and a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service in line with hotel standards
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relations
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to optimise service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Essential: Previous management experience in a hotel food and beverage environment
  • Essential: Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar service
  • Outstanding leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Guest-focused with a keen attention to detail and service excellence
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and across a 7-day operational rota
