Service Manager – Make a Difference Every Day

Atrium Healthcare is proud to recruit for a client who is searching for a Service Manager passionate about improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. This is more than a job—it’s about creating meaningful opportunities, guiding a team, and leading by example.

You’ll work primarily Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to observe team practices across various shifts when needed.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Lead, support, and develop a compassionate and skilled care team

  • Promote a person-centred service where independence and dignity are prioritised

  • Be a visible leader, modelling best practice and empowering others

  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards

  • Ensure the service remains sustainable through smart budgeting

About You:
  • Experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities

  • Ready to manage a service and coach others

  • Familiar with safeguarding, capacity law, and positive risk-taking

  • Committed to leading with empathy and integrity

  • IT-literate and confident managing a team’s workload
