We are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our client, a leading Office Solutions and workwear company based in the Norwich area.

Hours: 40 hours per week over Monday to Friday

Working for a friendly and supportive company you will operate industrial embroidery machines, ensure high-quality precision embroidery on textiles, and work to production deadlines. Proven experience in industrial embroidery is essential.

Main duties include:

• Operate and monitor embroidery machine (6 head Tajima), to produce quality embroidery on various textiles.
• Interpret embroidery designs and set up machines accordingly.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Ensure accurate thread colours and design placements according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain an organised and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules.
