We’re Hiring – Senior Support Worker (Adult Supported Living)

We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, support others in their daily routines, and help make everyday moments matter – whether it's planning a meal, going to the park, or simply lending a listening ear.
What You’ll Be Doing:-
Supporting adults with daily tasks, personal care, and life skills

Helping individuals access their communities and live fulfilled lives

Working with a caring team to ensure a high-quality service

Assisting with care planning and CQC compliance
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A warm, compassionate approach and relevant experience
- Flexible working hours
- Paid enhanced DBS
- Excellent training and development
- 24/7 wellbeing and mental health support
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
