Multi-Trade Plumber – Response Maintenance (Social Housing)

Contract Type: Temp to Perm / Full-Time
Salary: £20ph CIS + Company Van, Fuel Card, and Excellent Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week + optional overtime

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a responsive maintenance team, delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services across Norwich.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and minor installation works in occupied properties, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
- Diagnose faults and complete responsive repairs efficiently
- Undertake associated multi-trade works such as tiling, basic carpentry, patch plastering, or painting as required
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies
- Deliver a first-class service to tenants, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Accurately record work completed using PDA or mobile app
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in domestic maintenance or social housing repairs
- Multi-trade skills (e.g., basic joinery, tiling, plastering, or decorating)
- Full UK Driving Licence (van and fuel card provided)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
