About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored learning to children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. You will create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive, no matter their individual challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing bespoke lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student
  • Working closely with a team of teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students
  • Monitoring and tracking students' progress and providing regular feedback to parents and carers
  • Promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
