A well-established accountancy firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Senior to Manager to join its growing team, in a crucial job role commutable from Nottingham, Newark, Grantham and Bingham. As an Audit Senior to Manager, you will lead audits from planning through to completion, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members. This position is ideal for someone seeking to develop both leadership capability and technical expertise while contributing to high-quality client service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site audits and manage the audit process end-to-end
  • Supervise, support, and train junior audit team members
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
  • Prepare audit files, financial statements, and reports
  • Work with managers and partners to ensure timely delivery of audit work
  • Keep up to date with regulatory and industry developments
