The Role:
We are partnering with a major healthcare organisation who are seeking a dedicated and skilled Financial Accountant to join their team in Nottingham. In this pivotal role you will be delivering accounting and reporting services across different teams, as well as continuously improving processes and ensuring these are efficient and effective.
What you will do:
- Prepare financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement
- Keep track of a financial transactions, including sales and expenses, to ensure they're accurate
- Maintain a strong, robust and well-designed control environment and critically review their operation
- Be the first point of escalation for both internal and external audit and support complex audit issues
About you:
- Be on short notice/immediately available (essential)
- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Over 2 years experience within financial accounting/management accountant role;
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- (Not essential) Integra System experience;
- (Not essential) Ability to drive
