This newly created position, reporting directly to the CFO, has arisen from exceptional growth and offers the chance to shape and lead the day-to-day finance function. As Financial Controller, you’ll be the number two to an experienced and forward-thinking CFO. You’ll lead the day-to-day running of the finance function, managing a collaborative team of 8 (including 3 direct reports), driving performance, improving processes, and helping steer the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the finance team across reporting, compliance, and controls
• Deliver accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, and cashflow reports
• Strengthen financial controls and drive improvements across systems and processes
• Work closely with the CFO on strategic planning and financial insight
• Act as a key contact for external stakeholders, including auditors

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant (Ideally ACA, ACCA)
• Proven experience in a senior finance role
• A strong mix of technical expertise and leadership ability
• Hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
