- Lead all financial operations across the UK and Internationally.
- Own the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Manage and mentor the finance team.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, providing analysis and insight to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with tax, audit, and statutory obligations across jurisdictions.
- Oversee cash flow management and support treasury operations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the Managing Director and other senior stakeholders.
