Senior Management AccountantLocation: Nottingham (3 days on-site, flexible start/finish)Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + bonus + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join a growing and forward-thinking Shared Service Centre as a Senior Management Accountant. This role has become available following an internal promotion and offers the chance to lead a small, dedicated team while shaping a function that is relocating to Nottinghamshire.

What’s in it for you?

• Lead and develop a team of five across two locations

• Take full ownership of accurate, timely management accounts

• Standardise processes and drive continuous improvements in systems and reporting

• Support group-level reporting and collaborate with divisional finance teams

• Play a key role in cross-functional projects within the Shared Service Centre

There will be some initial travel (around 1–2 times per month) during the transition period, which will reduce over time.

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)

• Strong background in management accounting

• Experience leading or mentoring a team

• Proactive, organised, and confident working across departments
