Senior Management AccountantLocation: Nottingham | 3 days on-site | Flexible start/finishSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you a qualified accountant looking for your next step?Maybe you're a Management Accountant who enjoys the technical and reporting side of finance rather than business partnering? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to move into a leadership role while still playing to your strengths.

This is a newly available role following an internal promotion, joining a growing, forward-thinking Shared Service Centre that’s currently relocating to Nottingham. You'll be stepping into a well-established setup with the chance to shape, develop, and drive improvements from day one.

What’s in it for you?

• Lead and develop a team of five across two locations

• Own the delivery of accurate, timely monthly management accounts

• Standardise processes and improve reporting and systems

• Support group-level reporting and liaise with divisional finance teams

• Get involved in cross-functional projects that impact the wider business

There will be some travel during the initial transition phase (roughly 1–2 times a month), but this will taper off over time.

What we’re looking for:

• A fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)

• Strong experience in management accounts and financial reporting

• Confident in leading or mentoring others

• A proactive, organised communicator who’s comfortable working cross-functionally
