Are you a qualified accountant looking for your next step?Maybe you're a Management Accountant who enjoys the technical and reporting side of finance rather than business partnering? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to move into a leadership role while still playing to your strengths.

This is a newly available role following an internal promotion, joining a growing, forward-thinking Shared Service Centre that’s currently relocating to Nottingham. You'll be stepping into a well-established setup with the chance to shape, develop, and drive improvements from day one.

What’s in it for you?

There will be some travel during the initial transition phase (roughly 1–2 times a month), but this will taper off over time.

What we’re looking for:

  • A fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)

  • Strong experience in management accounts and financial reporting

  • Confident in leading or mentoring others

  • A proactive, organised communicator who’s comfortable working cross-functionally
