Eaton Syalon are working with a Nottingham based business to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. You'll be joining a close-knit team that values honesty, hard work, and a good sense of humour. As the business continue to grow, they are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to help them stay on top of day-to-day transactional duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Bank Reconciliation
- Cash Postings
- Utilities Management
- Managing the company email inbox and distributing emails accordingly around the business and actioning
- Previous experience in a finance or bookkeeping role which must include purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Sage50 accounting software
- A positive attitude and willingness to support in a small team
- The ability to work independently and take initiative, but also collaborate closely with others
Flexibility with working hours is available with the position. Start time between 8am-9:30am. 37.5 hours per week.
