We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join an Accounts and Admin team based in Nottingham.

Our client is looking for a hardworking, conscientious person to join their organisation to provide support across the board, primarily within their Admin and Order processing team.

This a full-time role reporting to the Office Manager. You will primarily be processing Sales and Purchase orders using Sage 50 Accounts software, as well as supporting the wider business as they transition to a new system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing
  • Purchase order processing
  • Liaising with customers and internal sales staff
  • Managing a busy email inbox
  • Handling queries by phone
  • Office filing and general admin
  • Assist with warehouse orders, both picking and packing where required
  • Receiving goods in, resolving discrepancies and contacting suppliers
  • Conduct a stock take every month

Requirements:

  • Sage 50 experience, order processing experience
  • Sage 200 experience would be highly advantageous
  • MS Office competency in all packages
  • Hardworking and enthusiastic
  • Can work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time keeping
