Delta Personnel is recruiting for a permanent Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to support ongoing projects across a range of sites. This is a key role focused on compliance, certification, and ensuring electrical works are completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.

You’ll be the named EQS for the business, taking ownership of reviewing and signing off installations, carrying out inspections, managing documentation, and maintaining NICEIC accreditation. The role is hands-off, you’ll be focused on oversight, quality control, and supporting delivery teams with electrical compliance across varied environments.

Duties

  • Acting as the named Qualifying Supervisor with NICEIC
  • Reviewing electrical certification (EICs, EICRs etc) and signing off completed works
  • Carrying out audits and inspections to ensure compliance with BS 7671
  • Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Supporting engineers, site teams and subcontractors with compliance related queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Must-Have

  • A recognised Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification with AM2 or equivalent (E.g. NVQ Level 3 in Installation Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment or equivalent legacy qualifications)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
  • Inspection & Testing qualification (E.g. 2391-52 or equivalent)
  • Proven experience dealing with NICEIC assessments and company certification
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel between different sites when needed
