Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the Chemisure team. This is a field-based role supporting our customers across the North and Midlands regions. Candidates residing in Nottingham, Doncaster, Sheffield, or Leeds are highly preferred.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• On site maintenance and repairs of jet washes, hoovers, floor cleaning machines and other equipment as required.
• To provide support to Operations team and Customers across the organisation to ensure that all equipment and machinery is always functioning correctly.
• Check, repair and maintain all equipment. Ensure it is functioning correctly, take out of service any that pose danger.
• Conduct regular PAT Testing of equipment on site as per schedule
• Adhere to SLA’s agreed with customers
• Providing excellent customer service, including occasional on-site user guidance.
• Flexibility to cover other areas where needed (e.g. colleagues’ holidays). Weekend work is very rare.

Skills Requirements:

• A full, clean UK driving licence (required for company van use).
• Proven field service / engineering experience
• Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Solid time management and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
