Duties for the role of Conservation Architect include:
- Produce feasibility works to bring existing listed buildings back into use
- Take the lead on a range of projects from concept through to completion
- Carry out site visits and contract administration
- Act as the lead design consultant and liaise with clients
Skills and experience for the role of Conservation Architect:
- AABC accreditation
- Strong post Part 3 qualification experience as a Conservation Architect within a UK practice
- Proficient with Vectorworks
- Strong technical understanding of various construction types
- Job running experience
- Excellent design and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
