Senior Architectural Technologist

We are currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy based around Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an expanding company, who work across various sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Conservation and Blue Light.

The Senior Architectural Technologist will primarily be responsible for developing design details for a range of Commercial and Residential projects, as well as working within the Education sector. Some key responsibilities include prepare drawing packages, specifications and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, run and coordinate projects with the wider team as well as assist with producing tender packages.

The Senior Architectural Technologist should be fully proficient with AutoCAD and / or Revit, and should have a strong attention to detail. You should have extensive experience across a variety of sectors including the Commercial, Residential and Education sectors. Ideally you will be CIAT accredited, however this is not essential.

• Use of Revit and AutoCAD software to produce high-quality drawings
• Produce detailed construction packages
• Assist with and co-ordinate planning applications
• Manage projects
• Liaise with Clients, authorities, design team and manufactures
• Produce surveys, drawing packages, specifications and tender packages
• Site inspections / client visits
• Take part in design team meetings

• Living in or within commutable distance of Nottingham
• Relevant Degree Qualified; CIAT accreditation advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Revit and / or AutoCAD; Essential
• Experience in Job Running
• Exposure to RIBA stages 0-7 ideally
• Experience across various sectors
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
