I am recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a small team in West Bridgford.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for property. This role involves assisting clients in buying and selling properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial part in facilitating transactions and building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
  • Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple listings effectively.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks related to property transactions is beneficial.
  • A valid driving licence may be required for property viewings.

Salary is 25k with guaranteed 30k for first 6 months with commission available.

Hours are Monday- Friday 8.45am- 6pm and every other Saturday 9am- 3pm.

Candidates must be personable and confident in speak with customers over the phone and face to face.

You must be used to working in a fast paced environment and money orientated.
