Fraser Carver Executive Search are working with a rapidly expanding Financial Services company who are looking to appoint an experienced Product Manager to support their Marketing Director and IT Director to define the marketing product strategy for the business.

Working closely with both the Marketing & Technology functions you will act as a conduit between the two to drive the enhancement of the product offering. Key for success is the ability to interpet what the business needs and ensure that the tech team deliver to order and quickly. You will oversee a team of Product Owners and work in conjunction with the marketing team and technical developers to deliver customer centric products.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Marketing Director to define the product strategy, aligned with company and departmental goals
  • Drive collaboration between development and marketing teams to balance technical feasibility with market demands
  • Overseeing product development of digital marketing tools, ensuring it meets customer needs and business objectives
  • Driving go-to-market strategies, helping shape messaging, branding and customer engagement
  • Leveraging data analytics to refine features and maximise product success
  • Drive building innovative solutions while working with marketers to position and promote them effectively

Experience required:

  • Experience in developing and managing financial or digital products, ideally within fintech or financial services
  • Experience of working within or closely alongside a marketing department
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies, digital marketing and brand positioning
  • An ability to analyse customer trends, behaviours and product performance to drive improvements
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to liaise with multiple teams across the business
  • Experience working in agile environments, managing timelines, and prioritizing product features
  • Able to balance business goals with customer needs and technical feasibility
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing innovative solutions
  • Passionate about optimising and improving customer experiences
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry with regulatory and technological shifts
  • Experience within a Martech function and/or UX/UI understanding would be an advantage

Working arrangement: This role is a hybrid role roughly 50/50 office and home based so to be considered for this position you must live within a commutable distance of the Nottingham/ Derbyshire area.
