- Managing the purchase ledger inbox: processing, posting, and coding invoices (PO-matched and manually)
- Handling credit card and employee expense reconciliations
- Managing petty cash
- Reconciling takings from various sites
- Supporting with twice-monthly payment runs
- At least 12 months' experience in a purchase ledger role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy inbox
- Comfortable with manual invoice coding and PO matching
- Experience with credit card reconciliations and payment runs preferred
- Someone happy to stay in a purchase ledger position for the next 2+ years
- Sage Line 50
- PO system (Paperless) – experience helpful but not essential
- £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
