Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and reconciling supplier invoices
  • Raising Purchase Ordersand matching them to delivery notes
  • Allocating payments and managing the purchase ledger

  • Assisting with month-end close processes and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
