Reporting to Accounts Manager, you will support the day-today financial processes of the business.
Supporting the day-today financial processes of the business
Inputting invoices onto Sage with attention to reporting requirements
Reconciling supplier statements, investigate and resolve discrepancies and maintaining ledgers
Inputting and reconciling credit cards and personal expenses
Preparing end of month BACS lists for supplier payments
Assist in the upkeep, production and auditing of event and departmental P&Ls & event budgets
Support the processing invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Assist with credit control across multiple areas as required
Provide cover and assistance in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
AAT 3 or 4 or equivalent experience
Sage accounting software.
