We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Branch Manager to lead their newly established branch in Nottingham. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to manage the branch, provide expert advice to customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing guidance on product selection, quoting, and ordering of windows, doors, and related items
- Oversee stock rotation and maintain branch housekeeping
- Load and unload deliveries, and pick customer orders
- Use online systems for quoting; knowledge of Sage Accounting software is advantageous
- Deal with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Cover deliveries if required during holidays
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently under the direction of the Branch Manager
Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Experience with Window Designer software
- Experience within the Fenestration industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
