As a Regional Manager, you will:
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
- Work across a portfolio of homes in the East Midlands.
- Commission new care homes for older people.
- Support existing homes to maximise commercial performance.
- Manage occupancy and oversee recruitment and retention.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care while completing the Governance Pathway.
