Team Manager - Accommodation Services (Safer Accommodation & R2C)
Salary: 21,965.72
Hours: 26 hours per week
Location: Nottingham with visits to other sites within Nottingham and office based working
Contract: Temporary for 13 weeks if successful made to permanent

About the Role
As Team Manager for Safer Accommodation and Response to Complexity (R2C), you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Survivor Advocacy Support Workers. You will ensure that services are safe, compliant, and consistently delivering exceptional support to survivors with a range of risks and needs.
Key Responsibilities;
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, survivor centred support.
- Ensure services meet national standards, accreditation benchmarks, and contract requirements.
- Drive service development and contribute to strategic planning.
- Uphold robust safety, risk management, and safeguarding practices.
- Line manage a total of 5 people and support Survivor Advocacy Support Workers.
- Lead on recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance reviews.
- Encourage a collaborative, innovative, and reflective team culture.
- Ensure staff knowledge is current regarding safeguarding, legislation, and best practice.
- Build strong relationships with statutory and community partners.
- Represent the service in multi-agency forums and meetings.
- Promote the service widely, including to underrepresented communities.
- Embed survivor voice in service development.
- Oversee data accuracy, reporting, and outcome monitoring.
- Lead audits and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality and data protection.
Person Specification;
- Proven experience managing teams in domestic abuse and housing working with vulnerable individuals is essential
- Strong safeguarding, risk assessment, and crisis support expertise.
- Experience supporting survivors with complex needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A feminist, survivor-centred, and anti-discriminatory approach to your work.
- Relevant qualifications e.g. social work, IDVA, CAADA, management is preferred (a willingness to undertake management training)
- Ability to work across multiple sites as needed.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required).
