My client is seeking a diligent Facilities Administrator/Coordinator to join their team in Nottingham.


The role involves providing essential support to clients by responding to calls and emails professionally and promptly.


The successful candidate will identify the nature and priority of faults as reported by clients, raise and assign work orders to the appropriate resources, and ensure that these tasks are scheduled according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the role requires the updating and management of the client's Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, including reviewing sub-contractor paperwork for compliance.


You will also support supply chain management and drive engineering teams to attend callouts within required SLAs.

 

You will be responsible for monitoring the entire process from call receipt to completion, ensuring all work aligns with the contractual scope and service levels. Promoting and maintaining the organisational culture within teams is also a key aspect of this role.
