We are recruiting for our client who are currently seeking, reliable and experienced Class 2Driversto support service delivery across Nottingham for their refuse collection. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys a varied role and is confident driving larger vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving to planned collection locations
Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook.
Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily
- Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including security and weight of load
- Supervising your team Ensuring that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up
Additional Info:
This role involves working standard weekday hours of 46.25
Must be flexible and able to travel locally to Nottingham
Class C (Cat C) licence required and some previous driving experience needed. If
youre newly qualified, we also want to hear from you.
Being a team player is key to ensuring the collections run smoothly with a can do attitude
and strong time management skills required
