What Youll Do

  • Own the kitchen: Lead daily operations and ensure smooth, high-energy service
  • Create with impact: Collaborate on seasonal menus and specials that excite guests and drive repeat visits
  • Raise the bar: Set and maintain exceptional standards in food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Grow your team: Train and mentor chefs in technique, hygiene, and efficiency
  • Run it smart: Manage inventory, suppliers, and ordering with a focus on margin and sustainability
  • Deliver hospitality: Work closely with front-of-house to ensure a seamless guest experience

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and people skillsyou know how to build trust and momentum
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, prep techniques, and current culinary trends
  • Calm under pressure, with a love for fresh produce and seasonal cooking
