What youll get up to:
As Head Chef, youll lead the kitchen through launch and beyond - building a strong team, delivering consistency at volume, and championing a culture where chefs grow and thrive.
You will:
Run a fast-paced, fresh-food kitchen in a 140-cover, high-energy restaurant
Lead, train and develop a BOH team of around 9 chefs + KP/prep
Deliver high standards during peak service with calm, pace and discipline
Manage GP, rota creation, ordering, stock control & food safety compliance
Create progression opportunities and mentor future kitchen leaders
Drive a positive, people-first kitchen culture with big energy and zero ego
Work closely with the leadership team to execute a smooth, successful opening
