SKILLS REQUIRED

Expertise in traditional British pub cuisine (roasts, pies, grills, seasonal specials)

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Menu planning and cost control

Stock management and ordering

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulation

Ability to train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs

Creativity in developing specials and seasonal dishes

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen
