This is an opportunity to join a well-known Nottingham based retailer to be part of an award-winning marketing team that manages multiple brands and continues to evolve and go from strength to strength. This role can be worked hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
The Marketing Campaign Manager will play an important role within a broad and varied multi-channel team so this will be a very fast paced job which will certainly keep you on your toes. This opportunity would suit a passionate, creative and commercially aware individual because you’ll be instrumental in bringing the brand to life across promotional and non-promotional campaigns, product launches, brochures and other customer-facing collateral.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll need to be a strong communicator, able to work across multiple projects simultaneously, working with a wide range of stakeholders. Managing cross-channel promotional campaigns will require working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, you will generate the promotional brief, create copy and work with a team of designers to deliver the required lead generation collateral. This includes direct response TV adverts, Royal Mail leaflets, National Press inserts, Direct Mail pieces and website banner copy for each individual campaign. Due to the volume of materials required, you will need to be confident in establishing critical path timelines to manage timings and delivery, while factoring in time for stakeholder approval.
Other key areas of responsibility will include non-promotional campaigns including collaborations and influencer projects throughout the year. There will also be product launch roll-outs and activations and contributing to the delivery of Company brochures.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have 3-4 years’ experience in a similar Marketing role. This would ideally be within a larger B2C environment however a background working agency side would also align very well.
You will have a proven ability to manage and deliver marketing communications and an ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment whilst maintaining excellent standards.
You will have excellent copywriting skills and be able to tailor creative to different target audiences. As a commercially aware professional, you will also be comfortable with campaign analysis and managing external agencies to deliver high quality results.
