Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage new product launches.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the brand identity and business goals.
-Provide the sales team with warm leads by overseeing and executing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, encompassing a variety of channels like PPC, social media, content marketing, event management, and publicity.
-Manage and optimize our marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
-Create valuable content for the website and blog to engage and convert target audiences.
-Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
-Oversee the production of marketing materials, from digital content to print collateral.
-Manage and enhance the brand’s online presence, including website management and social media strategies.
-Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and launches.
Requirements:
-Demonstrable experience in marketing, with a proven track record in running successful multi-channel campaigns.
-Solid knowledge of website analytics and experience with Google AdWords and other digital advertising platforms.
-Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and proficient in using spreadsheets.
-Aesthetic sensibility with an appreciation for great copy and effective communication.
-Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
-Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
