Position Summary:

Taylorollinson are partnered with a leading scientific brand who are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Scientific Marketing Executive to bridge the gap between their scientific team and target audience. This role is ideal for a science-educated professional with a passion for marketing, who can translate complex scientific concepts into compelling content and campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for scientific products and services.
  • Create high-quality technical content including white papers, case studies, application notes, blogs, and product datasheets.
  • Lead digital campaigns (email, social media, SEO/SEM) to target specific scientific or technical buyer personas.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
  • Support sales enablement through development of presentations, brochures, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, traffic, engagement).
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content aligns with the company's tone, scientific accuracy, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotech, Engineering).
  • Previous experience in a technical marketing, scientific communication, or product management role.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to tailor content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics tools (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to scientific accuracy.
