The role:
- Lead the design and delivery of highways, drainage, and flood risk projects
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a collaborative, learning-focused team culture
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Prepare and review detailed designs using Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, and related tools
- Contribute to bids, proposals, and business development efforts
About you:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng)
- Chartered (or near chartered) with 8+ years' experience
- Solid knowledge of UK design standards and infrastructure delivery
- Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
