Site Engineering Geologist
Covering sites between East-Midlands to York roughly
Permanent or Contract
Salary - 35,000 - 40,000 / year + overtime + car allowance + other benefits (or freelance day rate out of scope of IR35)
A Field Engineer is required to join an geological asset management company in the North-East. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for working on site between the East-Midlands and York. Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting earthworks
- Supervising site works
- Conducting geotechnical inspections
- Conducting ground investigations
- Slope stability
The successful candidate will have:
- A Geology-related degree
- A minimum of 2-3-years' experience working on similar roles in the UK.
- Experience conducting ground investigations
- The ideal candidate will have an understanding of slope stability and earthworks (construction of earthworks or earthworks in landfill environment).
